Ondulé

Ondulé (2022) is a series of inviting, well-tailored sofas and armchairs that take their inspiration from the undulating form of a corrugated facade. These are furnishings that convey the unmistakable appeal of real wood, while welcoming users in the warm embrace of an upholstered frame. The undulating surface of the backrest and sides, together with the straight vertical lines of the rods gives Ondulé a forceful yet upbeat character.

Ondulé offers a pleasant environment in which to relax in a public lounge or lobby, in restaurants and canteens, or as a temporary workplace in an office.

The 2-seat and 3-seat sofas come in both high-back and low-back versions. The 1.5-seat sofa is available with a high back only, while the armchair has a low back. All models offer a choice of two seating heights: 420 mm and 490 mm. The textile backs are in beige, light-grey or anthracite felt, although they may also be ordered in the same fabric as the seat and back cushions. (Please note, however, that it is not possible to choose back covers in leather.) All cushions are of cold-cured foam and can be covered in textile or leather. Thick fabrics are not recommended. Please ask before deciding on your own choice of cover.

Legs are available in a choice of solid oak or ash, standard stains on ash, or white glaze on oak or ash, all with felt floor protectors. Optional extras are side cushions and a pop-up table, only to 2- and 3-seats, in solid wood to match your chosen finish on the sofa. Pop-up tables can be added at a later stage and it is placed between seat cushions. Electrical outlets can be fitted to the front of the rail, close to a leg.  Ondulé is supplied assembled. The appropriate hand tools are all that is required to simply disassemble the top rail of the frame, the legs, apron rail, rods, back and covers.
